The night before I was going to take a trip down to a New Jersey bookstore to a Ricky Martin book signing for his new children's book "Santiago the dreamer", I illustrated this picture to give to him. After I completed it, i put it on facebook, instagram and tweeted it... the next morning it had been "liked" and shared many times on all three sites! By the time I had the chance to give him the print of it, he had already seen it and was so happy to meet the person who drew it! I was just so happy to meet the man who inspired it! We took a few photos and he raised it up for the crowd to see it and everybody just applauded! It was an awesome experience I will never forget! :)
